Ultra-thick, large-size and high uniformity CVD zinc selenide is one of the “star products” developed by the company. Zinc selenide is an inorganic compound material with low absorption of infrared wavelengths and transmittance of visible light, which is the preferred material for making infrared lenses, windows, output coupling windows and beam expanding mirrors, and is an important material for making high-power carbon dioxide lasers. For a long time, zinc selenide preparation technology and large-size zinc selenide products are subject to overseas embargo, which seriously affects the development of the industry. At the same time, the complete set of large-size zinc selenide preparation technology belongs to the domestic blank. Its deposition system design is complex, the synthesis process is difficult to develop, high-precision processing is difficult, and large-scale production faces great challenges. In this regard, Anhui Guangzhi based on the major needs of the national strategic materials, after years of unremitting research and development, the first digital integration of automated control of large-scale chemical vapor deposition system, the development of a uniform temperature field distribution and in-situ high-temperature annealing process combined with the new process system. At present, the company can produce ultra-thick and large-size high uniformity CVD zinc selenide, the product performance has reached the international advanced level.
